Materials of biomass pellet machine

Biomass pellet machine is a production-oriented machine which uses eucalyptus, pine, birch, poplar, fruit wood, crop straw and bamboo chips as sawdust to process into biomass fuel. The raw material sources of biomass particles are very wide, including sawdust, wood shavings, bark, sanding powder, waste wood and branches produced in wood processing and wood-based panel production; all kinds of straw produced after crop harvest; other types of combustible biomass as raw materials, without adding any adhesive, can be used to produce biomass pellet fuel through equipment processing

Working process of biomass pellet machine

The motor drives the spindle through the hypoid bevel gear, and the spindle drives the press roll to rotate. When processing raw materials, the raw materials are sent to the feeding chamber of the flat die machine, and the materials fall on the flat die. The main shaft drives the press roller to rotate. The roller continuously rolls through the material layer and extrudes the material into the die hole. The material experiences the process of forming and maintaining shape in the die hole. After a certain period of time, the material is extruded in a cylindrical state. The rotating cutter cuts off the material and forms particles, which are sent out by the material throwing plate.
