Product Description of Tablet Punching Machine​

SED-600-35GY-B Automatic Rotary Tablet Press is a machine that can be widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as in food, chemical, electronics and other industries. Various granular raw materials that meet the tableting requirements are pressed into tablets. The content of fine powder (larger than 100 mesh) in the pressed dry granular raw materials used by this machine does not exceed 10%. It is not suitable for pressing semi-solid, moist granules, low melting point moisture-prone raw materials and particle-free powders.

This machine can not only press circular sheets, but also geometrically shaped special-shaped sheets and double-sided engraved sheets. The rotary tablet press has four specifications. (The technical parameters of the four specifications are introduced below.) Customers can choose the appropriate model according to their respective output and the size of the product to be pressed. The parts and components of the four models are technically designed, manufactured and managed according to the current world popular standards of standardization, serialization and generalization. The structure, size and geometry of more than 90% of the parts and components of the four models are etc. are all consistent, which facilitates customer maintenance and management.
