1. Product features:
This vacuum extruder is all-steel. The main parts are made of high
wear resistant alloy casting and high frequency heat treatment.
Stable performance, raw materials can be clay, coal gangue, shale,
fly ash, industrial waste residue. It is an ideal equipment for
producing sintered brick.
Machine mouth: The optimized die structure is combined with the
unique core extrusion technology of the reamer to support the
extrusion molding of multi-strips, porous bricks, hollow bricks,
and hollow brick blocks, which greatly increases the output and the
diversity of products
Receiving box: The mud after vacuum degassing falls into the
receiving box, and the screw reamer pushes it into the mud tank
during the relative rotation of the mud hammer and the screw
cutter.

3.Product Description
The blade of the reamer adopt the wear-resistant metallic material
coating technology which make its life is four times to seven times
longer than the common reamer. The lead has the function of light
pressure delivery and high pressure extrusion which make the
machine save energy from fifteen percent to thirty percent.
