1. Application:
This series is an integrated two-wire ultrasonic level gauge,
continuous non-contact level measurement of liquids and solids. It
consists of a probe and an electronic device, both of which are
leak-proof structure. This series of products can be widely used in
the metallurgical industry,
chemistry, electricity.

3. Measuring principle: Time-of-flight method
The level gauge consists of an ultrasonic probe and an electronic
tube unit-level instrument mounted on top of the container, and
under the control of an electronic device, the ultrasonic probe
transmits ultrasonic pulses to the subject. The sound waves are
reflected on the surface of the object, and some of the echoes
received by the detector are converted into electrical signals
The signal meter measures the time between pulse sending and
receiving. The time is directly related to the distance between the
probe and the object under test. The electronics detect this time
and calculate the measured distance based on a known sound speed.
Level values can be obtained by subtracting.

Note: When using to measuring solid level, the most energy of
ultrasonic is absorbed or scattered by solid level, so the back
wave is very little, the valid measuring range of solid level is
about 50% of liquid level. And the valid measuring range of solid
level is determined by the installing location and rang.
