Qg0166-a medical suture needle cutting force tester is composed of
intelligent controller, force measuring mechanism, ranging
mechanism, printer and so on. The intelligent controller is
composed of CPU, motherboard, LCD, keyboard, power supply and so
on. The screen is displayed in all Chinese windows, and the
keyboard controls the cursor for options, operation and setting. It
can be operated according to the prompts without training.

It adopts 5.7 inch (120 × 90) single color LCD touch screen and
Chinese menu display. Nominal specification, test load, print,
test, uplink, downlink, time, calibration. The menu on LCD is
controlled by keyboard, cutting force is loaded automatically, wire
diameter data is recorded automatically, data report is output
automatically, and test data is printed on board, which fully
conforms to the regulations of "yy0043-2005".
The test range is 0.1 ~ 20n, the error is not more than ± 1%, and
the resolution is 0.01N;
