The machine’s principle of work is the air through the filter and heating

Main Features
Drying speed
The drying rate is rapid. After centrifugal spray, the surface area of the material solution
is greatly increased. In the high-temperature airflow, 95-98% of
the water can be instantly evaporated, and the drying time only
needs 10 seconds.
Parallel flow spray drying
Spray drying with parallel flow, the temperature of droplet is not
high, and the quality of the product is good. In spray drying chamber, droplet same direction with hot air flow,
while the hot air temperature is higher, but as a result of dry hot
air into the indoor immediately contact with the spray droplets,
indoor temperature drops, not make the dry material overheating,
suitable for drying of thermal sensitive material, discharge
product depends on the temperature of exhaust temperature, and
lower exhaust temperature.
Using range
According to the material properties, you can use hot air drying,
also can use cold air modeling. A large number of products with
very different characteristics can be produced with this machine,
commonly used in the following categories: Polymers and resins,
dyes, colourants, ceramics, glass, herbicides, insecticides,
carbohydrates, dairy products, mixed acids, abattoir by-products,
blood and fish products, deep rinsing agents and surface
pollutants, fertilizers, organic compounds, inorganic compounds.
Drying process
Because the drying process is instantaneous, the particles of the
product can basically keep the droplets similar to the ball, and
the product has good dispersion, fluidity and solubility.
Simple operation
The production process is simplified and the operation control is
convenient. Spray drying is usually used for solvents with a wet
content of 40-60%. For special materials, even if the wet content
is as high as 90%, it can also be dried into powder products at one
time. Most products do not need to be crushed and screened after
drying, which reduces the production process, simplifies the
production process, and provides the purity of products. For the
product particle size, precision, moisture, can change the
operating conditions for adjustment, control, management is very
convenient in a certain range.
Long service life
In order to make the material free from pollution and prolong the
equipment life, all parts contacting with the material are made of
1Cr18Ni9T stainless steel material. In order to make the operation
convenient, the control system adopts integrated operation, namely
installing the indicator device and the opening and closing device
