Working principle

The granulation process of this machine is completed by mixing and granulating in the same container. The powdery materials are in a fixed cone-shaped container. Due to the stirring effect of the mixing slurry, the materials collide and disperse into a semi-fluid tumbling state and achieve sufficient mixing. With the injection of the adhesive, the powder is gradually moistened, and the shape of the material changes, which strengthens the extrusion, friction and kneading effect of the stirring paddle and the barrel wall on the material, thereby forming a uniformly moist soft material. These soft materials are gradually formed into small and uniform wet particles under the high-speed cutting and granulation of the granulating slurry, which are discharged from the discharge port at the end. The size of the particle size is restricted by factors such as the characteristics of the material, the speed of the material making knife and the granulation time.

1. The stirring speed of the paddle and the speed of the granulating knife are set and controlled by the frequency converter, which can be widely used in the granulation process of various industries.

2. Compared with general mixing and granulating equipment, the efficiency is increased by 4-5 times, the amount of binder is saved by 15-25%, and the safety protection device is provided to ensure safe production.

3. Three-way tumbling mixing, high uniformity, mixing and granulating are completed in one step, which meets the GMP requirements for pharmaceutical production.

4. The materials are mixed and granulated in a stainless steel container.
