The SMBJ36CA-E3/52 is a part of surface mount transient voltage suppressor

diode having an operating temperature range of -55 ° C to +150 ° C, with DO-214AA packaging style.

These series diodes are used in sensitive electronics protection against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching

and lighting on ICs.
