The high-pressure homogenizer is mainly composed of a high-pressure homogenizing chamber and a pressurizing mechanism. The interior of the high-pressure homogenizing cavity has a specially designed geometric shape. Under the action of the pressurizing mechanism, the high-pressure solution quickly passes through the homogenizing cavity, and the material will be subjected to high-speed shear, high-frequency oscillation, cavitation and convection impact at the same time. Force action and the corresponding thermal effect, the mechanical force and chemical effect caused by this can induce changes in the physical, chemical and structural properties of the material macromolecules, and finally achieve a homogeneous effect.

Two- stage homogenizer system with manual pressure adjustment is easy to use. It is your economic choice.
2.Hydraulic Operating Homogenizer
The hydraulic control system is developed to adjust the homogenizer pressure, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control system by changing to Proportional valves.
3.Pneumatic Operating Homogenizer
The pneumatic control system is developed for the homogenizer, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control.
4.Large Capacity Homogenizer
This machine has five plungers with the maximum flow reaching 30000L/H. The hydraulic end adopts the split structure which facilitates assembly and disassembly. The pressure adjustment can adopt manual or hydraulic mode.
5.Laboratory Homogenizer
Capacity: 60L/H Max Pressure</=70MPa
Minimum Sample Volume: 200ml
