Ⅰ Product description
Wood drying kiln is mainly used for wood drying, and is a
large-scale drying equipment.
The equipment consists of two parts: the combustion device and the
drying kiln. There are combustion methods
The hot-air drying kiln uses the heat energy generated by the
combustion to heat the air in the kiln. The main air blower at the
top of the hot air furnace sucks the air in the kiln into the
furnace body through pipes to heat the air. It is sent to the kiln
through a pipe, and the circulation fan in the kiln continuously
circulates to evenly heat the wood. If steam is needed during wood
drying, it can be provided by a steam generator in the hot blast
furnace. If it is a room or multiple rooms, the pipeline is
equipped with a plug valve, and the temperature in the kiln is
controlled by adjusting the plug valve.
During the drying process, due to the need for dehumidification of
the wood, moisture holes are provided in the top of the kiln and a
dehumidifier is installed to adjust the speed of dehumidification.
