Overview
The machine adopts two sets of cap turning heads for follow type
linear conveying of bottles, and the production efficiency is
obviously improved. And the capping heads can be customize, which
is influencing the capping speed.

-Servo-driven actions, PLC control, reliable and stable.
-The cap turning head is automatically opened and closed to
vertically grab the cap and turn the cap, featured by stable and
reliable capping and no oblique cap.
-Linear continuous bottle moving, no bottle blocking or bottle
falling.
-The efficiency is higher. With the centralized lubrication system,
its running is light, stable and reliable.
-PLC control system, no outer cap feeding in case of no bottle,
protection system for adjacent machines, variable frequency speed
control.
-It is equipped with cap storage and lifting mechanism. There are
diversified cap unscrambling forms.
-It is provided with the function of identifying reverse caps and
eliminating nonconforming products.
-Replacement of parts is simple and easy to operate.
