The GZXP linear bottle washing machine is improved by our company
after referring to similar foreign products. It has such advantages
as beautiful appearance, reasonable layout, simple structure,
convenient operation and stable production. It is suitable for
cleaning the inside and outside of round bottles or
irregular-shaped bottles with shoulder holders. Alternate washing
is carried out by three water and three gas (purified water and
injection water, purified gas), so as to make the bottle meet the
production process requirements, and the bottle is initially blown
dry.
According to the production requirements, it can be equipped with
an ultrasonic device.
Performance Features
-Unique structure. It adopts synchronous belt to drive the bottle
mold and fix the bottle. The bottles are turned and inverted for
washing.
-The machine can replace the QCLW vertical drum type machine, with
better economical efficiency.
-Linear continuous bottle moving, high production capacity, no
bottle breaking and no bottle jam.
-The cleaning process is reasonable and the bottle after cleaning
has high cleanliness.
-Little water consumption.
-It can be used singly or for linked production.
