This mobile roll former is designed and manufactured for producing greenhouse and garden growing gutters for cultivating strawberries, tomatoes and cucumbers, etc. As usual, a whole roll forming line is long and heavy which occupies a lot of spcae. While this mobile roll former is smart with a optimized structure. The whole machine is mainly composed of two parts: top roll forming part and a caterpillar base.

The top roll forming part consists of decoiler, feeding guide, roll forming stations, cutting device, electric control system, hydraulic system, etc. But unlike the traditional machine design, all the components are placed on a steel plate as a whole, which is easy to be mounted on the caterpillar base. The caterpillar base can move forward and backward and can turn 360 degrees. Users are able to adjust the direction and movement by the remote control.

Whole machine is approx. 4 meters long, 2 meters wide and 2 meters high. Such a smart roll former can be easily mounted on the track and transported to the production site. A mobile roll former solves the problem of transporting too long materials. Also, production based on the measurements taken on site can avoid the waste of material at a large extent.
