Optical Fiber Bundle
Hicorpwell UV-curing optical fiber bundle is used in fast curing of
UV-curing resin or adhesive.
It`s made by quartz fiber with excellent UV transmission
performance.
We can produce various branch structures such as 1-in-1-out/
1-in-multiple-out/ multiple-in-1-out/ multiple-in-multiple-out,
and various output form such as circle/square/line, and we also can
provide all kinds of standard or non-standard end structures.
Advantage: wide transmission range, especially on 300nm ~ 1100nm

fiber optic bundles, while working within the boundaries of your
application.
In order to optimize your bundle, we take several parameters into
consideration: packing efficiency, fiber area efficiency, Numerical
Aperture
optimization, fiber transmission, reflections, and an error factor
(which includes numerical aperture discrepancies).
Our high quality fiber optic bundles can be made with any fiber and
your choice of several configuration and construction
possibilities.
In addition, a number of connectors, including all standard
connectors—or custom ferrules, machined in-house—are available.
In addition, UVNS (UV Non-Solarizing) fibers can be fused at the
ends to eliminate inter-fiber spaces—while maintaining the fibers’
NA
and increasing transmission by 50%. Please see our following Bundle

for UV applications. We are open for providing the fiber bundles with different fiber
type, bundle diameter, length, connectors
and jackets. Lens collimating or coupling is available.
All bundles and assemblies are custom designed to meet your
specifications. All standard connectors (SMA 905, SMA 906, ST, FC)
are available—or custom ferrules, machined in-house to your

and to determine the best fiber for your application. NA is
measured at the 95% intensity angle.

- Length up to 100 m, even for multi-fiber assemblies
- Wavelength coverage: options spanning from Deep-UV to MIR (190 to
5500 nm)
- Straight, bifurcated and multi-branch configurations
- Standard (SMA-905, FC, ST, etc.) or custom connectors, custom
design ferrules
- Custom fiber arrangement (random, scrambled or mapped)
- Fiber coatings can be stripped to improve packing efficiency
- Standard temperature range: -40 °C to + 100 °C; both cryogenic and
high temperature (up to 280 °C) available
