Working principle and structure

The double shaft paddle mixer makes full use of the convective mixing principle, that is, the material is thrown up in the mixer to form a flowing layer, which produces instantaneous weight loss and achieves the best mixing effect. The mixing process is shown in the figure. In the field of flow layer, the material overcomes the centrifugal force at a certain circumferential speed, and moves from a to B under the action of a blade with a specific angle. At the same time, the moving blade in the machine sends it to C, and the blade with the same specific angle sends it to D, and then returns from D to a; Moreover, under the action of specific overlapped blades, the material moves axially to realize mixing in all directions, forming the best random motion state.

In order to reduce the replacement cost of vulnerable parts, the blades can be made into two pieces, and a movable blade is placed on the blade base to directly replace the worn blades, which is economical and fast; The discharge form is generally pneumatic (manual) flap valve, the arc valve is closely embedded in the cylinder, flush with the inner wall of the cylinder, without material accumulation and mixing dead angle phenomenon; the standard type has large open door and small open door, the large open door is opened to the cylinder edge, and the discharging is clean and quick with little residue.
