Overview
AVF series automatic viscosity filling machine is based on foreign
similar filling machine, in addition to the original on the basis
of additional functions. Operation, error correction, machine
cleaning, maintenance simple and convenient. Can be widely used in
daily chemical, food, medicine, petroleum and other industries, and
can fill a variety of viscosity liquid products. Filling pump head
is made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and rust-proof.
Main Performance features
- Adopt injection pump to fill high precision, large range of
adjusting dosage.
-It allows to adjustment of filling volume for all filling pumps at
the same time, also for minor adjustment of each filling pump to
achieve fill high volume accuracy.
-This pump system don' t absorb the material, good chemical
stability, It has particular advantage when filling erosive
material.
-All contact parts is made of SS 316L and silicone tube, be
convenient to clean by CIP.
-Filling system has the function of shrinking, no drop leak.
-Apply to fill various viscosity liquid.
-All of electric elements choose famous brand such as ltaly AT,
Japan Mitsubishi and Korea AUTONICS
- Frequency conversion control seed, auto count, no bottle no fill
The whole machine is designed according to requirements of GMP.
