Overview
The YGS servo- -driven linear liquid fIlling machine uses the 316L
stainless steel plunger metering pump to perform filling. According
to the actual production capacity of the manufacturer, it can be
equipped with different filling heads, and it can conveniently work
with the automatic bottle unscrambler and various kinds of cap
tumning(capping) machines for linked production. It is widely used
for liquid packaging in such industries as medicine, food,chemical
industry, pesticide and cosmetics, conforming to GMP requirements.
Main Performance features
- It adopts the plunger moterig pump to perfom filling.With servo
driving, the filling volume is adjusted on the man-machine
interface.lt is suitable for liquids of various viscosities with
high presion. The pump can be easily disassembled, making Cleaning
and sterilization convenient. It can be equipped with CIP/SIP
cleaningand sterlization system.
- The seal ring of the punger metering pump is made of silicon
rnubber, Tefion or other materials depending on different
industries and liquid ingredients. Ceramic material can be used in
special application. The filling principle also includes the use of
peristaltic pump,negative pressure type, weighing type, self-flow
type, reflux defoaming type,etc.

frequency speed automation.
- The filling systerm is provided with the ant-leaking device,
realizing filling from the bottom of the bottie, rising slowly and
avoiding bubbles.
- The whole line is suitable for various specifications of bottle
and adjustments can be completed convenienty within a short time.
