Details
Carbonless copy paper is a new form of carbon paper that can write
on the upper layer of carbon paper, and can be copied without the
ink copy layer. It can be applied to multi-part forms, bills,
continuous financial invoices and general business financial
invoices.
According to the different color rendering methods, we usually
divide carbonless copy paper into two categories: one is coupling
type carbonless copy paper, that is, color rendering carbonless
copy paper; the other is self-supporting carbonless copy paper,
that is Color-developing carbonless copy paper.
Coupling carbonless copy paper is a two-part type, including the
upper page (CB paper) and the lower page (CF paper). When in use,
the upper page paper is placed on the upper layer and the lower
page paper is placed on the bottom layer.
If you need to copy two copies or more, you need to add one or more
layers of middle page paper (CFB paper) between the upper page and
the next page to achieve multiple copies. Therefore, in terms of
the similarities and differences of the structure, the coupling
type carbonless copy paper must be used with the upper, middle and
lower layers; the self-loading carbonless copy paper does not need
to be used together, and can automatically develop colors by
itself.
Product Introduction
Carbonless copy paper works in a fairly simple way. It consists of
sheets of paper that are coated
on the bottom and/or the top with a reactive. The back of the first
sheet is coated with micro-encapsulated dye. The top of the middle
sheet is coated with a clay that quickly reacts with the dye to
form a permanent mark. The back of the middle sheet is also coated
with the dye. The lowermost sheet is coated on the top surface with
the clay with no coating applied to the back side.
When someone writes on the sheets, the pressure from the point of
the writing instrument causes
the micro-capsules to break and spill their dye. Since the capsules
are so small, the print obtained is
very accurate. Carbonless copy paper was also available in a
self-contained version that had both the
ink and the clay on the same side of the paper.
