Two-color thermal paper has two different color development effects
on the same paper. Two-color thermal paper has two layers, which
are a high-temperature discoloration layer and a low-temperature
discoloration layer. When the first thermal head touches the
low-temperature discoloration layer, the paper surface appears red;
when the second thermal head touches the high-temperature
discoloration layer, the paper surface Appears black, so you get a
two-color text image effect.
The transfer thermal paper is a superposition of a set of paper,
composed of base paper and white paper. Coat a special ink on the
back of the base paper, and then put a piece of white paper under
it, requiring a smooth surface. When the thermal head touches the
paper surface, the ink melts quickly and transfers to the white
paper. This thermal recording method can facilitate the use of
plain paper directly on the fax machine without using thermal
paper.
