F3 high precision closed loop auto zoom lens
Integrating Easson's proprietary F3 lens with high-resolution ring
encoder technology, the system implements full closed-loop
position feedback. This eliminates image replication errors from
gear backlash, significantly enhancing measurement
repeatability.
SPARTAN series axes utilize industry-standard AC servo motors –
renowned for operational reliability – ensuring high-speed
precision measurement capability.
Mechanical Space Compensation
With the AR Network control System included 21 orders volumetric
compensation, and Ultra-high-speed linear encoder reading, built-in
EAD (absolute scale decoder) allow AR series system to use our
AS-80 high precision absolute scale, providing high accuracy and
high resolution measurement.
