Video measurement machine uses high-precision marble as the base of the machine body, coupled with a high-precision table. The XYZ axis is equipped with an optical linear scale measurement system with a resolution of 0.5 micron. The XYZ axis has a measurement accuracy of (3 + L / 200) μm.
