innovation of gangue sorting processing .X-ray intelligent coal
gangue sorting machine is suitable for 200-50mm coal block sorting,
the largest processing capacity of Model HX20180 series could reach
180T /h, the system has self-learning ability, thus it could
realize unattended working process.It will replace hand sorting,
buddle jig, shallow channel sorting machine, etc..This machine does not use water,or medium, does not produce slime, has low processing cost and high production capacity.
We apply High-power X-ray source and high-precision dual-energy
imaging system ,and establish corresponding analysis model
according to different coal quality characteristics. Coal and
gangue are sorted by intelligent identification method and data
analysis technology, then gangue is finally discharged through
gangue drainage system.It is mainly composed of vibration feeding system, conveying system, imaging analysis
source, computer intelligent control system, radiation source
control system and material separation actuator.

3.Efficient and reliable gas sorting execution sub-system
The nozzles of the execution sub-system are arranged in an array,
which can automatically control the spraying time of multiple
nozzles based on the position and mass distribution of the target,
thus achieving higher execution accuracy and efficiency, and a more
flexibly switching the spraying and sorting scheme according to the
gangue content.
