Description of 1R14-028 Goodyear Air Spring-Rolling Air Bag:

1R14-028 Goodyear Air Spring's sleeve type air spring will use a flexible member without internal molded beads. The 1R14-028 Goodyear air spring connects the flexible part to the cover end of the holder and the bottom of the piston by pinching the rubber bladder material between the end and the external crimping ring, and then adjusting it to an appropriate diameter. When inflating and damping, the 1R14-028 Goodyear air spring will move up and down along the bottom piston, which has a good damping effect. The vibration isolation rate is over 95%.

The Composition Of Reversible Sleeve Models Rolling Air Spring Element Has The Following Aspects-GUOMAT

❶ screw bolt / Stud - Produced as a permanent part of the Cover Plate assembly for maximum strength and durability. It is used to attach the air spring to the vehicle’s suspension system.

❷ Combined link rod / Combo Stud – Used as the dual purpose of installing the air spring to the suspension system and providing the air inflation.

❸ Cover Plate - Curled up to more durable bellows design and the largest quality control in the factory. Allows 100% of the leak test before shipment.

❹Rubber Bellows - Air Bellows includes four layers of materials: an inner layer, two layer cord - reinforced fabrics, and a cover. Construction of a natural rubber provides – 65F functional properties.

❺ Bumper block / Buffer block - Solid rubber or engineering plastic device designed to prevent major damage to the vehicle or suspension in the event of a sudden loss of air pressure in the spring.

❻ Bottom Piston - Provides a low installation of air spring. To control the pressure in a changing under the load characteristics of spring.

❼Piston Bolt - Connecting the piston to the bellows. Sometimes extensions as an additional vehicle suspension spring.
