Armature Plunger CP1/4 Pilot Solenoid Valves PV for VNP pulse valve
series PV pilot group used in series pilot valves and pilot valve
enclosures.
The system is designed for use with air . Thermoset material will
help the coil more stable and safely.
Seal material: Nitrile or FKM
Nitrile is for -10~80°C working temperature.
FKM is for -10~200°C high working temperature.
CP1/4 type pilot group complete with base and ferrule, it is for
VNP 200/300/400/500/600/700 series integral pilot diaphragm pulse
valves, & for SB3 solenoid.

Installation:
Slide solenoid over ferrule tube. Ensure terminals are on top. For
QT and QF type solenoids ensure nylon washer is in place. Slide
clip onto pilot iron top.
Ensure voltage supplied to solenoid is within -10% and +15% of the
solenoid rated voltage.
