Precautions for fixed packaging, loading and unloading,
transportation and unloading of steel structure warehouse:
(1) Large lifting tools must have special personnel responsible for
them, use them appropriately, and strictly observe
Lifting rules to prevent vibration, impact, deformation or damage
during the lifting process.
(2) Special personnel must supervise when loading the truck, check
the number and packaging of the truck,
Securely fix and increase the degree of looseness of necessary
binding components to prevent loss.
(3) Maintain stability during transportation. When transporting
vehicles, in the transportation of long, wide, and high objects,
well-trained pilots must be accompanied by responsible personnel
and place marks on the vehicles.
(4) Rough handling is not allowed. The handling, weight, and size
of the loading and unloading personnel should be familiar with the
parts, and check the slings and rigging of the harness to prevent
accidents.
(5) Members go to the construction site and organize unloading and
stacking areas in time.
(6) When handling parts of a crawler crane, attention should be
paid to the surrounding terrain and air conditions to prevent the
crawler crane from overturning and component collision.
