MGCZ series paddy separator are used for separating the brwon rice

The main structure of this equipment consists of: feeding
mechanism, distribution mechanism, sieve ship, feeding mechanism,

Feature:
1. Stable performance: The machine has a constant separation
function, the separation effect is stable, and there is no need to
adjust it frequently in production.
2. Superb separation ability: The unique design (separate sieve
surface adopts super long type) makes this machine not only
suitable for the mixing of various rice and raw grain varieties and
high moisture grain rough separation, but also able to separate
long (short) grains Brown rice is separated from the long (short)
grain brown mixture.
3. The screen grid is connected by gas shielded welding, thereby
increasing the flatness of the sorting screen surface.
4. Small installation space: The design is compact and the output
is large. Compared with its separation ability, the installation
space is very small.
5. The air suction and dust removal pipeline device is installed,
which greatly improves the environmental sanitation of the
processing workshop.
6. Equipped with automatic shutdown device: once there is no
material in the feed hopper, the equipment will automatically shut
down to maintain the normal sorting status of the screen surface
materials. After the material bin incoming delay (time adjustable),
the equipment will automatically start up and enter normal work .
7. The sorting status is easy to check: the inlet, outlet and sides
of the sieve ship are equipped with transparent covers, so it is
very convenient to observe the separation of rice and brown rice.
