Medical Indwelling Needle Sliding Performance Tester
Product introduction:
The slide performance tester for medical indwelling needle is
designed and manufactured according to relevant standards. The
instrument is specially used to test the slip performance of
indwelling needle.
The tester is composed of intelligent controller, force measuring
mechanism, transmission mechanism, ranging mechanism and printer.
The intelligent controller is composed of CPU, motherboard, LCD,
keyboard, power supply and so on.
The screen is displayed in all Chinese windows, and the keyboard
controls the cursor for options, operation and setting. It can be
operated according to the prompts without training.
It adopts 5.7 inch (120 × 90) single color LCD touch screen and
Chinese menu display. Nominal size, pipe length, test times, up,
down, time, calibration. The menu on LCD is controlled by keyboard,
and test data is printed on board. Real time display of starting
force, average force, maximum force, minimum force and needle
moving distance and force.

produced by Suzhou Linhua Medical Equipment Co., Ltd.
Test load: 0 ~ 12n, accuracy: 0.1N, resolution: 0.01N. (it may
change in practice, but the accuracy
shall not be lower than the national first-class testing machine
standard)

Printing mode: single test force curve, 8 times, 13 times or 20
times test data, average value and deviation value.
