4. Structural features and functions:
Vertical glass wash machine and dryer is placed in an inclined
vertical position. The control box is arranged outside the cleaning
section for easy operation.
The cleaning section has three pairs of brushes equipped with a
high-pressure water sprayer to clean LOW-E glass; the drying
section has a pair of inclined air knives with a partition in the
middle, which automatically adjusts the distance between the two
air knives according to the thickness of the glass to ensure air
drying Effect: The fan is a 15KW variable frequency fan. When
drying the small glass, the fan runs at low frequency, and the air
knife only uses the lower half of the air knife, which not only
greatly reduces energy consumption, but also does not affect the
drying effect.
The cleaning section and the water tank are made of stainless steel
and corrosion-resistant materials, and the transfer roller is an
acid-alkali-resistant rubber roller. The distance between the front
and back support is automatically adjusted according to the
thickness of the glass. The washing and drying section adopts
stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, and the glass can
run smoothly at an appropriate speed.
