Alloy 3000 series specification:

The 3000 series aluminum alloy is also named aluminum-manganese alloy. The manganese content is 1-1.5%. It is a widely used anti-rust aluminum alloy series. The strength is higher than that of pure aluminum alloy, although it cannot be heat treated to strengthen the performance. , But it has good plasticity after cold working (rolling by cold rolling mill) and annealing process. The main grades are 3003,3004, 3104, 3005, 3105 .The 3003 aluminum alloy is the most used. 3003 is easy to process and has good rust resistance.
