Matters needing attention

1. Please confirm the power used by the machine and do not plug in the wrong power.The machine adopts three - phase four wire system. The wire is earthed zero wire for leakage protection.

2. Do not touch the heating sheet directly with your hands.

3. Do not flush the machine with water. Operators should not work barefoot when the workplace is wet.

4. Remember to unplug the machine when not in use.

5. Don't change the parts of the machine at will.

6. Main parts should be lubricated with oil frequently.

(1) High quality anti-wear hydraulic oil shall be strictly used when adding hydraulic oil into the oil tank. It must be filtered strictly and always keep enough oil. In case of shortage, the oil shall be filled immediately.

(2) The oil tank should be cleaned and replaced with new oil every half a year, but the first cleaning and filtering oil should not exceed one month. The new oil used once is allowed to be used again after strict filtration.

(3) The lubrication points of the machine shall be filled with lubricating oil at least once per shift as required.

(4) In case of relatively serious oil leakage or abnormal phenomena occurring in the operation of the machine, it shall stop the operation immediately to analyze the causes and troubleshoot the machine. It shall not be forced to operate with diseases.

(5) During the operation of the machine, it is not allowed to repair or contact the moving parts. It is strictly prohibited to press materials in the material box with hands or feet.

(6) The user shall make detailed maintenance and safe operation rules according to the specific conditions.
