Working Principle of Wood Shaving Mill

The wood pressing device presses the wood on the platform by the air cylinder, and the wood reciprocating movement device is driven by the hydraulic cylinder, and the sliding table loaded into the wood moves reciprocally along the platform, and the wood chips are planed and pin by the shaving knife.

Due to the use of air cylinder pressing device and hydraulic reciprocating motion device, the contact pressure between wood and shaving cutter is uniform, and the reciprocating motion speed of wood is uniform. Therefore, the chip with uniform thickness can be processed.
