Introduction:
The three ring medium speed superfine grinding machine is mainly
used for processing non flammable and explosive brittle materials
with medium and low hardness and Mohs hardness ≤ 6, such as
calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, carbon black, kaolin,
bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite,
vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectorite, diatomite, barite,
gypsum More than 100 kinds of materials, such as alunite, graphite,
fluorite, phosphate rock, potassium ore, pumice and so on, the fine
powder particle size can be adjusted between 325-3000 mesh, and the
output can reach 0.6-6.5 tons per hour.
Advantage:

and no screw in the grinding chamber, there is no problem that the
bearing and its sealing parts are vulnerable, and there is no
problem that the screw is easy to loose and destroy the machine.
4. High fineness. The fineness of HGM three ring medium speed
superfine grinding can reach D97 ≤ 5 μ m at one time.
5. Environmental protection and cleaning. Using pulse dust
collector to capture dust and muffler to reduce noise, it has the
characteristics of environmental protection and cleaning.
Working principle:
When working, the main motor drives the spindle and turntable to
rotate through the reducer, and the roller pin at the edge of the
turntable drives dozens of grinding rolls to roll in the grinding
ring raceway.After being crushed into small particles by hammer
crusher, the large materials are sent to the storage bin by the
elevator, and then the materials are evenly sent to the bulk tray
on the upper part of the rotary table through the vibrating feeder
and inclined feeding pipe.Under the action of centrifugal force,
materials disperse to the periphery of the circle and fall into the
raceway of the grinding ring, which is impacted, rolled and ground
by the ring roller. After being processed into powder by the
three-layer ring, the high-pressure fan sucks the external air into
the machine by suction, and brings the crushed materials into the
separator.The rotating impeller in the separator makes the coarse
material fall back to regrind. The fine powder meeting the
requirements enters the cyclone dust collector with the air flow
and is discharged by the discharge valve at the lower part. The
airflow with a small amount of fine dust is purified by the pulse
dust collector and discharged through the fan and muffler.
