Ym-950 wood flour mill is a series of gear type wood flour machine
series products developed by introducing German technology. It is a
new type of superfine wood flour machine production line equipment
with good crushing effect, high output and product fineness that
can be adjusted at will.
After rough crushing, the material is transported to the grinding
chamber of the main machine by the feeding device. The material and
the high-speed rotating device and particles collide, collide,
shear and squeeze each other to realize ultra-fine grinding. The
crushed materials are transported to the impeller classification
area by the rising air flow. Under the action of the centrifugal
force of the grading wheel and the suction force of the fan, the
coarse and fine particles are separated. The qualified fine powder

No powder or low output, low yield
The reasons are as follows: (1) The powder locker is not adjusted
properly and the seal is not strict, resulting in powder sucking.
(2) Large blade wear, material can not afford shovel.
Remedy: (1) Check and adjust the lock of the powder locker. (2)
Replace the new blade.

The finished powder is too thick or too fine
The reasons are as follows: (1) The blades of the analyzer are
seriously worn and cannot be classified. (2) The air volume of the
fan is not appropriate.
Remedy: (1) Change the length of the blade properly. Close the air
flow of the small fan. (2) Too fine should increase the imported
air volume.
Collapse common fault three
The host current rises and the fan current drops
The reasons are as follows: (1) Excessive feeding, air ducts are
blocked by powder, the exhaust of the pipeline is not smooth, the
circulating current is heated to make the main current, the
temperature of the engine increases, and the fan current drops.
Exclusion methods: (1) reduce the amount of feed, clear air duct
powder. (2) Open the large surplus duct valve, the temperature of
the incoming material is controlled below 6°C.
Note: Correct and reasonable troubleshooting can effectively
improve the service life of machines and improve the working
efficiency of machines. Refer to Machine's instruction manual for
troubleshooting.
