The YCR280D rotary drilling rig integrates all the advanced
technologies and construction methods accumulated by Yuchai Pile
Workers, and realizes the innovative use and upgrade of many
technologies. The technical highlights are diverse, and it has
reached the third stage emission standards of national regulations.
The whole machine adopts the latest electronic control control
strategy and adopts segmented power follow-up control to reduce
fuel consumption. The power system uses an electric-injection
turbocharged, intercooled Cu.mmins QSM11 engine with
dual-protection idling control function to improve fuel economy.
The drilling diameter can reach 2.5 meters, the maximum drilling
depth can reach 80 meters, the maximum output torque is 285 kN.m,
and the total weight of the machine can reach 90 tons under working
conditions. Construction under the environment, and at the same
time ensure the high stable and efficient operation of the rig,
improving the convenience and adaptability of the construction.
