The glass washing machine is used to wash small size of glass
specially, the brushes can be choosed in soft brushes or hard
brushes, wash low-e glass or common float glass.

LJBQX2000 feed section is inclined vertical structure. The conveyor
roller is abrasion-resistant, acid and alkali resistant
polyurethane roller, adopts stepless frequency conversion speed
regulation, the glass can run smoothly at an appropriate speed, and
the foot switch can start and stop the transmission at any time
according to the working conditions. The coating detection alarm
system can timely and accurately detect whether the coated surface
of the glass is placed correctly or not, the placement is wrong,
the buzzer alarms, and the transmission stops.
The LJBQX2000 cleaning discharge section is an inclined vertical
structure. The transfer roller is a wear-resistant, acid and alkali
resistant polyurethane roller, adopts stepless frequency conversion
speed regulation, the glass can run smoothly at an appropriate
speed, and is equipped with inspection lamps to check the effect of
glass cleaning.
The glass must be edged before cleaning, otherwise it will scratch
the supporting wheel and make the hair on the brush fall off,
reducing the service life.
1. Adjust the water temperature controller in the electric box
according to the actual situation to set the water temperature,
generally in the range of 15 °C to 50 °C.
Neutral detergent can also be added to achieve the best cleaning
effect.
2. Adjust the speed regulating knob on the cleaning machine panel
and adjust the transmission speed according to the glass dirt.
3. The thickness of cleaning glass is 3 ~ 15 mm, and trace water
droplets are allowed on the back edge of the glass after drying.
4. After the installation and adjustment, please run the test
according to the operation instructions. If the glass is broken due
to poor adjustment, it is necessary to quickly stop and clean the
broken glass, so as not to scratch the brush and the transfer
roller.
5. All parts of the machine are well grounded.
