Description:

1. Direct connection technology is used between air conveyor and in-feeding starwheel to substitute in-feeding screw and conveyor. It is easy to change the size of bottles.

2. fruit Juice filling machine is a fully automatic and multi-functions combined machine, which integrats bottle rinser, filler and screw capper in one unit. It is suitable for filling non carbonated beverage, such as fruit juice(with or without fruit pieces), dairy drink, mineral water, pure water and tea.

3. The filing valves and all other material touched parts is made of 316L stainless steel.

4. automatic filling temperature control system for hot filling purpose.

5. Neck-hanging technology is applied in bottle transportation. Instead of traditional starwheel, we use neck-hanging gripper to change the size of bottles easily, without adjusting the equipment height. Only arch board and star wheel such little nylon parts need to be changed.

6. The machine filling system is widely used in liquid filling process, hot filling or vacuum filling purpose.
