The series drink filling Machine is used in production of PET bottle-packing carbonated beverage such as Coca-Cola, containing gas mineral, sprite, containing gas juice etc. The machine combines washing/filling/capping with complete automation, and the filling process adopted the micro-pressure technology, which makes filling prodess faster and more stable. The capacity can be from 2000 to 20000B/H.(washing filling capping)

In order to minimize the loss of CO2 in the filling process, a specific isobaric filling process must be used. The working principle is to connect the filling tank with the empty bottle, so that the CO2 in the filling tank enters the bottle because of the pressure difference to establish a equal pressure between filling tank and the empty bottles , and then open the filling valve starts filling automaticlly, and the bcarbonated drinks remain relatively stable after pouring into the bottle under the same pressure as in the filling tank, and the CO2 does not escape from the drink in large quantities.
