Quinine water is a mixture of soda water, sugar, fruit extract and
quinine. Also known as tonic water (English: tonic water, also
known as Indian tonic water, tonic water) is a kind of soft bubble
beverage, which uses quinine (also known as "cinchona cream") as
the main flavoring, with a natural plant bitterness, and is often
used to mix various cocktails with spirits.
Quinine water is also called tonic or tonic. It's soda water mixed
with sugar, fruit extract and quinine. Now it is generally used as
a bar liquor.
It mainly used for producing Carbonated beverage; since carbon
dioxide gases(CO2) are pressurized to mix with liquids , the
pressure throughout the filling system is typically 0.3 Mpa-0.6Mpa.
and because CO2 is more stable at low temperatures, low
temperatures increase the solubility of CO2 in water. To increase
the amount of carbon dioxide dissolved in water, the beverage is
usually mixed and filled at 0-5℃;and there are many other factors
affecting CO2 content in carbonated beverages.

The bottle rinsing is an alternative to the traditional cast iron
material sprocket washer. It not only has a long flushing time,
but also greatly increases the production capacity.
The filling part adopts advanced micro-negative pressure gravity
filling principle, which is fast, stable and accurate. Make sure
the liquid level is accurate and free of liquid damage.
The capping part adopts the magnetic torque type capping head, and
the capping head made of copper material can realize the function
of grasping and screwing the cap quickly and accurately.
The host adopts advanced PLC automatic control technology, and the
main electrical components and pneumatic components are world
famous brand products.
