Working Principle:
The machine is a pneumatic plunger type quantitative filling
machine. The piston driven by the air cylinder draws the material
in the hopper into the feeding pipe through the three-way rotary
valve, and then the material is pushed out through the three-way
rotary valve driven by the air cylinder, and the material enters
the container from the filling nozzle; The filling volume is
controlled by the stroke of the cylinder.
Mechanical characteristics:
The volumetric piston pump is used for filling, with high precision
and wide range of dosage adjustment. It can adjust the loading
capacity of all pump bodies as a whole, and can also slightly
adjust a single pump body, which is fast and convenient.
Plunger pump filling system does not absorb drugs, has good
chemical stability, high temperature resistance, corrosion
resistance, wear resistance, long service life, and has unique
advantages in filling some corrosive liquid medicine.
The low position liquid storage cylinder is adopted, so the whole
machine is easy to clean and disinfect, and can be cleaned in
place.
