S32760 1 Inch Duplex Bright Annealing Tube With Cold Rolled
Bright Annealing Tube:
Bright annealed duplex stainless steel tube, annealed in a
protective atmosphere without oxidation and decarburization of the
surface of the cold-rolled strip. The protective atmosphere
consists of a single inert gas, argon, or helium, as well as gas
mixtures such as CO-H2-N2-CO2 (DX), N2-H2 (HNX), N2-CO2-H2, etc.
The composition of these mixtures is adjusted to allow for the
oxidation and reduction of the strip during the annealing process.
The composition of these mixed gases can be adjusted to equalize
the speed of oxidation and reduction, decarburization, and
carburization during the strip annealing process, so as to achieve
annealing without oxidation and decarburization of the strip. After
annealing, the strip has an invisible oxide film on the surface,
which protects the metallic luster.
