3. Technical introduction

adjust the cleaning speed of the machine.

section, LJQX2500 cleaning and drying section, LJQX2500 discharge
section.
4. Structural features and functions:
The LJQX2500 cleaning and drying section is placed in an inclined
vertical position. The control box is arranged outside the cleaning
section for easy operation. The cleaning section and the water tank
are made of stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials, and
the transfer roller is an acid-alkali-resistant rubber roller. The
distance between the front and back support is automatically
adjusted according to the thickness of the glass. The washing and
drying section adopts stepless frequency conversion speed
regulation, and the glass can run smoothly at an appropriate speed.
The cleaning section has three pairs of brushes equipped with a
high-pressure water sprayer to clean LOW-E glass; the drying
section has a pair of inclined air knives with a partition in the
middle, which automatically adjusts the distance between the two
air knives according to the thickness of the glass to ensure air
drying Effect: The fan is a 15KW variable frequency fan. When
drying the small glass, the fan runs at low frequency, and the air
knife only uses the lower half of the air knife, which not only
greatly reduces energy consumption, but also does not affect the
drying effect.
The waterway system includes two independent waterway circulation
systems: a primary cleaning waterway system and a secondary rinsing
waterway system. The glass is first cleaned by the primary cleaning
waterway and then rinsed by the rinsing waterway. The water is
pumped out of the water tank by a water pump, sprayed onto the
glass surface through a spray water pipe, and the glass is cleaned
by a brush, and then flows back to the water tank for recycling.
The first-level cleaning water tank is equipped with a
temperature-controlled water heating device, which can
automatically maintain the water temperature. In order to ensure
the cleaning effect, the conductivity of the cleaning water must
not be greater than 40μs. If the water quality is poor, a water
treatment device is required. After the water is treated, the water
enters the rinsing water tank and is recycled according to the
above steps. The water treatment device is prepared by the user.
