Points of Medentis Medical ICX®:
ICX-plus drills for implant diameter 3,45 belong to the YELLOW
color scheme.
ICX-drills for implant diameter 3,75 belong to the RED color
scheme.
ICX-drills for implant diameter 4,1 belong to the GREEN color
scheme.
ICX-drills for implant diameter 4,8 belong to the BLUE color
scheme.
Single drills have yellow color codes subject to the bone quality
(very soft, soft, hard).
Both the open and the closed impression posts fit on the ICX and
ICX-plus implants. Only the Universal Lab Analogs differ.
Especially for a very low mucosa height, it is mandatory that the
technician is aware, which implant is an ICX-plus implant. We
recommend invariably informing the technician whether it‘s ICX or
ICX-plus implants.
(this is not mandatory. The prosthetic devices fit both on the ICX
as well as on the ICX-plus implants.)
