3-Core Copper Core Medium Voltage Armored XLPE Insulated Cable
1. XLPE cable standard:
According to GB12706 (equivalent to IEC60502), it can also be
manufactured according to ASTM, BS, DIN and AS/NZS standards or
other standards.
2. Rated voltage of XLPE cable:
0.6 / 1KV 6 / 10KV; 8.7 / 15KV; 12 / 20KV; 18 / 20KV; 21 / 35KV; 6
/ 35KV
3. The structure of XLPE cable:
Conductor: copper or aluminum
Insulation: XLPE
Inner sheath: PVC or PE
Armour: galvanized steel strip, galvanized steel wire
Outer sheath: PVC or PE
No. Number of cable cross-sections: 1 core (single core), 2 cores
(double core), 3 cores, 4 cores (4 cores with equal cross-sectional
area or 3 cores with equal cross-sectional area + 1 neutral core
with small cross-sectional area), 5 Core (5 3 equal-cross-sectional
area cores + 2 small-area neutral cores or 4 equal cross-sectional
areas + 1 small-area neutral core. We provide armored and unarmored
types for the above cables.
It can also be made according to customer requirements.
4. Features of XLPE cable:
a. The maximum long-term working temperature of XLPE insulated
cables is 90°C
b. The installation temperature of the cable should not be lower
than 0°C
c. The maximum short-circuit temperature does not exceed 250°C and
does not exceed 5 seconds
d. Without sufficient mechanical pulling force, it cannot be laid
without restriction, single-core cables cannot be laid in iron
pipes or the cables can be fixed with coiled iron tools
