Application method
1. Clean up the surface of the wound that needs to be repaired and
make a mark.
2. Use a grinder to roughen the surface of the wound. The area is
slightly larger than the wound.
3, the raw rubber and gasoline adjusted glue (or vulcanizing glue)
with a brush evenly coated around od wound.
4. Cut a proper size of raw rubber and fill it in the wound. If the
wound is large, the raw rubber should be overlap.
5. Press the hot head on the raw rubber (if possible, put a thin
layer of aluminum or iron on the raw rubber), try to align the
wound with the center of the hot head, tighten the screw, and fix
the tire.
6. When the vulcanization is completed (10 minutes), set according
to the vulcanization area, manually turn off the power switch,
loosen the pressure tire rod, remove the tire, and complete the
entire tire repair process.
