1. Can you provide ODM service?
A: Yes, we accept ODM service.It means that we can produce your
logo, your special size, your customized material,your designs and
packing solution etc.
2. What is your payment term?
A: T/T, L/C,West Union or Paypal are all acceptable.
3. Could you offer samples? how long is the sample time?
A: Sure, we can offer samples, and will return sample charge if
orders are confirmed. It takes about 4~5 days to prepare samples.
4. What is the MOQ for your products?
A: Our normal MOQ are 100pcs for Duvet/Comforter/Blanket and 100pcs
for pillows depends on your requirements for color, size, material
and so on. For some normal items, we have stock, the MOQ for pillow
is 100pcs and 50pcs for duvet/mattress topper.
5. Could you offer samples, and how long is the sample time?
A: Sure, we are glad to send samples, and also will return sample
charge if orders are confirmed. It will take about 4~5days to make
samples.
6. How do you control the quality?
A: All our products are 100% inspection before shipment by our
experienced QC team. We accept the third party inspection.
