The argon gas filling insulating glass processing line has 7

Main feature:
• Use 6 soft brushes with 0.1mm soft hair to clean low-e glass

• The new air knife uses aluminum profile (duckbill air knife), and
the size of the air outlet is adjusted by aluminum profile
duckbill. This can reduce the number of adjustment screws, ensure
that each screw is not loose, and avoid air knife resonance.

Main Features of the super fast IG line
• Two IGUs can be pressed at one time and filled with gas, each IGU
can be filled with more than 90% argon gas
• By pressing the IGU twice, you can prevent the pressed part from
losing its shape. It can reach 27 seconds for every 1m * 1m double
glass, which greatly improves the work efficiency.

worker installs two spacer frames on two IGUs
