9. The cutter head has a cutter protection function. If the cutter
head falls outside the glass or glass gap, the program will
automatically stop, thereby effectively preventing damage to the
parts and glass.
10. The driving part adopts advanced Japanese Yaskawa servo motor,
which has reliable equipment, small error and high efficiency.
11. For rice polishing, a SMC proportional solenoid valve made in
Japan is used. The pressure is automatically adjusted according to
the thickness of the glass. The cutter head rotates 360 degrees,
and the upper and lower buffer cutters cut (straight lines and
glass of various special shapes can be cut accurately).
12. After aging treatment, chassis material is welded and formed by
national standard manganese containing profile bridge steel
(Q345A). The comprehensive mechanical properties, plasticity and
welding properties of this steel are excellent. The entire frame is
processed and the tempering aging treatment significantly improves
the stability and accuracy of the equipment, ensuring product
stability. Rust and oxide film on the surface are removed through a
special rust removal process. The top coat is sprayed with a
premium epoxy primer and the top coat is sprayed with a premium
automotive paint.
