Product Description of sealing robot
Automatic Vertical Insulated Glass Sealing Machine can
automatically recognizing glass size by sensors, don't need input
glass size on the touch screen. The sealing robot can coat 8 kinds
of shaped IGU.
Product Detail :
1.Hollow Glass sealing machine adopt 8 sets of Japan ANCHUAN servo
control system with stable performance.
2.Glass corners are full without air bubbles, smooth surface, no
corner trimming required
3.Glue system can be selected
Two Sets of Glue Systems Equipped with two sets of A components and
two sets of B components, which can be used for two kinds of
different sealants, such as silicone rubber, polysulfide rubber,
silicone structural adhesive and so on.
One Set of Glue System Equipped with single A component and single
B component.
4. Two Suckers Device
Adopting two suckers for preventing to move glass during sealing.
5. Timing belt
Time belt device ensure that glass can be smooth transmission and
positioned accurately.
6. Back Glue Device
When the pressure increasing, more Glue B will flow back
automatically, saving materials.
