Working principle of fertilizer ball shaping machine
Organic fertilizer polishing machine is composed of one, two, or
three polishing cylinders. The granules produced by various kinds
of fertilizer granulators first, then enter the polishing cylinder
of the ball shaping machine. Through high speed rotation, the
cylindrical granules turn into spherical shape pellets, and flow
out through the outlet into the next polishing cylinder. The
granular fertilizer continues to be polished till flow out. The
fine dust flows out through the outlet on the side of the ball
shaping machine.
