After adding raw materials from the feed port, the roll of the granulator bites the material into the gap of the roll for compression. After the material passes through the compression zone, the surface tension and gravity of the material make it enter the rotary screen for screening. Qualified products are sent to the finished warehouse by conveyor. The material under the powder sieve is sent back to the raw material bin through the conveyor for secondary roll pressing. The extrusion force can be adjusted by the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder according to the operation needs, and finally the granulation quality and output can be improved.
